Prejudiced, if I’m correct..
Would it kill fan-artists to give the buffalo remotely accurate clothing? Most of the humanized drawings I’ve seen have them wearing very stereotypical clothes.
Same deal with Zecora. Actually, especially with Zecora. She has it worse.

Also, I feel like Rarity coppied the design and applied it to her gala dress.
these WERE supposed to be Gala Dresses.

I don’t think that was the point. I think the point was, the dress that Rarity made per Fluttershy’s request looked NOTHING like this drawing.
THEN it appears that Rarity based her own dress design around this haute couture concept, even though I think she had her own dress basically sketched out before this drawing was shown to her.
EITHER WAY
Rarity was apparently not familiar with the concept of these different layers of ruffles and such, or haute couture in general.
I see now. okay.
